2009-2010 Optimist Internationial Essay Contest
Official Topic: "The Internet: Today's Evolution or Tomorrow's
Menace?"
Open to Kenton County, Kentucky students under the age of 19 as of December
31, 2009. Students must enter in the district in which they reside.
District level first place - plaque and a $2,500 college scholarship for the
first-place winner.
